At the Kri Kri Studio web-store we keep a stock of all the items shown on line so that we can ship your order in a timely manner.
When you place your order we will let you know by e-mail when you can expect your order to arrive.
Occasionally a high demand for a particular item or the unpredictability of kiln firings can cause delays. If for any reason we are unable to ship as scheduled, we'll keep you informed by e-mail; Please be patient! The items you receive will be unique.
If there is any problem with your order when you receive it, please let us know right away. We will replace items damaged in shipping and cover the cost of re-shipping, and we will accept exchanges on items that do not met expectations if you notify us promptly.
